Terms of use

By downloading, installing, or using any application operated by Fantabulástico (KinautiX or Invasión F), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Account and registration

You can use KinautiX and Invasión F without creating an account, although in that case your trip history (KinautiX) or game progress (Invasión F) will not be saved. To sign in we use your phone's Google sign-in — we do not manage or store our own passwords.

Use of the application

• KinautiX uses your phone's sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, GPS) to analyze your driving. The generated score is an estimate and should not be interpreted as an official or legal evaluation of your driving. You must not handle the phone to interact with the app while driving — set up your trip before starting the vehicle.
• Invasión F is a casual strategy game — it does not use motion sensors or location; it only requires an internet connection to save your progress and display ads.
• Do not use either application for illegal purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of third parties.

Advertising

KinautiX displays ads (banners) provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) to help fund the app's development. Ads do not interrupt the screen or block usage during an active trip.

Invasión F displays ads (banners) the same way, and also offers an optional full-screen video ad that the player can choose to watch in exchange for an extra move within the game — it is never shown automatically or without the player explicitly requesting it.

Limitation of liability

Our applications (KinautiX, Invasión F) are provided "as is" and "as available." Fantabulástico does not guarantee that the score calculation (KinautiX) or the game's operation (Invasión F) will be free of errors at all times, and is not liable for decisions made based on information displayed by the apps.

Intellectual property

The software, brand, design and content of KinautiX, Invasión F and the Fantabulástico site are the property of Webability S.A.S. de C.V. Use of the applications does not grant the user any intellectual property rights.

Account suspension or closure

You can request deletion of your account and your data at any time (see the rights section in our privacy policy). Fantabulástico reserves the right to suspend accounts that misuse any of its applications.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Relevant changes will be reflected on this same page with their update date.
