Privacy Policy
Fantabulástico is a brand of Webability S.A.S. de C.V., a legally incorporated Mexican company. Through this platform we operate the KinautiX and Invasión F applications. This policy describes what data each application collects, what it is used for, and how you can control it.

Scope
This policy applies to users of the mobile applications operated by Fantabulástico (Webability S.A.S. de C.V.):
- KinautiX — analyzes your driving style. Available for Android (coming soon to iOS).
- Invasión F — casual strategy game. Available for Android.
Where a section applies differently to each application, this is explicitly noted. The rest of the page applies equally to both.
Data we collect
- Precise location (GPS): (KinautiX only) used during an active trip to detect excessive speed. We do not collect background location outside of an ongoing trip. Invasión F does not use or request location.
- Motion data: (KinautiX only) phone accelerometer and gyroscope, used to calculate your driving score (braking, acceleration, turns, potholes). Invasión F does not use motion sensors or any other kind of sensor — it's a game, it doesn't need access to device sensors.
- Google account information: name, email address and profile photo, obtained only if you choose to sign in with your Google account. Applies to both applications.
- Device identifier: a locally generated unique identifier used to associate your activity (trips in KinautiX, game progress in Invasión F) even before you sign in.
- Advertising identifier: used by our advertising provider (see the Advertising section). Applies to both applications.
Use of information
We use this data exclusively to: calculate your driving score (KinautiX) or track your game progress (Invasión F), show your history or profile if you have an account, detect connection issues with our servers, and display ads to help fund the development of the applications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Third-party services
- Google Sign-In: to sign in with your Google account.
- Firebase (Google): app infrastructure and crash reporting.
- Google AdMob: ad delivery within the app.
These providers process certain information under their own privacy policies. Applies to both applications.
Advertising and AdMob
KinautiX uses Google AdMob to show banner-format ads, never full-screen ads that interrupt an active trip.
Invasión F uses Google AdMob to show banner-format ads the same way, and also offers an optional full-screen video ad that the player can choose to watch in exchange for an extra move within the game — it is never shown automatically or without the player explicitly requesting it.
In both cases, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. You can limit personalized advertising from your Google account's ad settings (Google Settings → Ads).
Information security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Communication between our applications and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS).
Data retention
We keep your account data, trips (KinautiX), or game progress (Invasión F) while your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights and account deletion
You can request at any time, without needing to open the application:
- Access to the data associated with your account.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Complete deletion of your account and your data.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at soporte@fantabulastico.com from the email address associated with your account, indicating the application (KinautiX or Invasión F) and the action you want to take. We process deletion requests within a maximum of 30 days.
Minors
Neither of our applications (KinautiX, Invasión F) is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under that age.
Invasión F is committed to complying with Google Play's Families Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any relevant change will be reflected on this same page along with the update date.
